Leds blinking when turning off

I've recently made a upgrade, PSU (RM1000x), MOBO(MSI B550 Gaming Plus) and GPU (MSI RTX 5080 [got it for msrp, don't judge me]). Before the upgrade none of this happened and I've never came across this so l'm a little confused, I did a little research and found something about a relay or something but nothing about the blinking leds, my old PSU was 8 years old, a CX650 so I don't know if that one has this relay thing, if it's a relatively new feature in psu's. Also,I don't know if it's worth mentioning but I have a HyperX audio mixer and in the last setup it would turn on and off with the system no problem, in the new one my speaker makes a huge boom sound turning on and off when connected directly to the pc, this I fixed by just connecting the mixer in a USB on my monitor, don't know if it's related tho.
