Hiya. I have the abovementioned laptop and after around 16 months since I bougth it I noticed that when after a cool night (around 17°C/62°F) I switch on my laptop, cooling fans start making a subtle noise (resembles the noise if you try touching the rotating blades with a toothpick). This noise disappears after 3-5 mins after the laptop is on. During the summer, however, there is no such thing after a long night (25°C/77°F) as well as during the day.
At first I thought it's the HDD noise, but then noticed it comes from the fan compartment.

It doesn't bother me, but I think that GPU is not cooled down to a degree it was before. I now have to lift the laptop above the table to increase the air flow, although before there was no such need. I also cleaned the fans and grid from dust, but barely seen any improvement.

So, what could be the problem? And what can I do to help GPU be not that hot?

I have Core i5 9300H (undervolted using ThrottleStop) and GTX1650

Thank you in advance
