Intel's driver is for 11. They specifically say "Even if the NPU driver for Windows 11* was installed successfully on the Windows® 10 system, no AI workload (using NPU) can be run on the Windows® 10 system. Disable the NPU device in the BIOS for Windows 10."

Windows Studios Effects is the obvious demo app.
Audacity and Gimp have free OpenVINO plugins that can be run on NPU.

Notice that the Stable Diffusion plugin for Gimp will only use NPU for certain workloads, and never when "Best Performance" is selected.
Intel NPU is to save battery compared to CPU/GPU, not for performance.
