I would like to immediately apologize for my English.

I have laptop Dell g7 7588 (i7 8750h, 1060 Max-q) Bios version 1.14.0

The problem is that after I disassembled and built my laptop, I blocked the TrottleStop program. I think it’s because when you disassemble a laptop, you have to turn off the bios battery. In the screenshot you can see that the old settings are preserved, but now they do not work and they cannot be changed. I already had such a problem, then I took the laptop to the service and this problem was solved, but I am not ready to go to the service every time you need to disassembled the laptop.

Someone can tell you what to do? And will reinstalling TrottleStop to another version help? Because after I took the laptop from the service for as long as I can remember there was another version of the program

The BIOS version you are using has Locked out CPU voltage control. This also locks turbo ratio adjustment in the FIVR window.

A different version of ThrottleStop will not fix this problem. When you took your computer to the service center, they must have updated the BIOS version. This has locked out CPU voltage control. You need to fix the BIOS lock.

Here is an example of what needs to be done.

Google complained when I tried to access the Brendan Greenley site because a security certificate for his site has expired. The site still works fine. Proceed at your own risk.
