Hello everyone , i think its time to upgrade my pc , i don't want to spend much , like 500-600€ max .

Don´t really need a Monitor and also don't need a graphic card , just bought one 2 weeks ago.

This is my current pc

And yes i know its old....

But still with this setup i play world of warcraft at max settings at 1440p at 60 fps , thats the game i play more but im looking to expand a bit.

Thanks alot !

Power supply, cpu, board, ram all need changed. Can go with a 7600x, B650 board, 16-32GB DDR5, and a decent power supply but you'll be getting close to your budget max.

A kit Ryzen 5700X3D(U$199) + B550(U$100-150) + 2 x 16gb DDR4 3200Mhz(U$50-70) fits well into the budget of around 500-600 dollars. I'd recommend buying a good PCIe 4.0 SSD, as you will have money left over for that.

Whats wrong with my power supply ?
It's junk to put it simply. TX line wasn't known to be of quality and you'll want to put the extra cash in for something that isn't a potential risk. It's a bronze rated, old old unit.

X3D chips are top for gaming with keeping those lows up. You can swing for a 5800x3D if you really need or start looking at the 7800x3D bundle that Amazon typically has. They're not too hard to keep cool.

Thats impossible for me to buy , that alone is 340€ here , the 5700 one its less 80€ but let me see , what motherboard and ram for it ? And by the way , im not in rush to buy , what about those new ones coming next month ?

I'd not rush to buy any current gen intel DDR5 system. Mobo and RAM are both overpriced. For a smaller budget build I'd watch sales on D4 board and a processor. Then hunt down some decent low latency DDR4.

X3D being dumped before new ones arrive would probably be great too. Pair well with you GPU.

A 5600x will be a huge upgrade still if we need to drop the CPU budget. A normal kit of 3200 or 3600 2x16 ram and B550 board would make it all good. I love MSI boards personally but have never had issues with any of the Asus TUF boards.

They probably won't be within OP's price range with everything considered.
Alright. However, the affordable parts will become available in Q1 2025. Parts such as Intel Core Ultra 5 240F.

Corsair TX line? It was pretty good line even the M version he has in there but way overkill in terms of power for his needs...also its been around a while

If you need something RN, you can get a RYZEN 5 7500F, 7600 or a 7600X and by going AM5, you've got the option to upgrade the CPU to a faster SKU on the same MB and with the same RAM if needs be. Just recently AMD announced that the AM5 platform will be supported through 2027. Those 3 parts I mentioned are currently the most affordable AM5 parts there are. And their performance is comparable to a 12900K.

Having said that, with Intel Core Ultra 5 240F launching in Q1, I'd definitely wait for that then decide on the purchase.

not sure which version of the TX you had, the M version is a more "modern" platform than the original TX line but 13 years of continuous use...I would invest in a new PSU and move that unit to back up status
