Looking for a website that builds custom laptops

ok so my previous laptop died and i'm in the market for a new one.
is there a website that anyone knows of that would allow me to customize a laptop to my liking?
i know you can't really customize them like a desktop, but i'm thinking maybe i can choose the ram amount, HDD size, Processor and MAYBE if possible the GPU.
i ask cause i'm between jobs right now and don't have a lot of money to spend (other than some x-mas money i got

Gives Results for lenovo toshiba Dell and a host of UK based Company's
I would imagine a local country Google Search will give Simmiler results for you to peruse

That's like saying cheap Mercedes Benz.

I have to imagine any personally customized to order laptop is going to run minimum thousand plus dollars

But I suppose to the OP , Cheap could be a few grand,fwiw.. to me cheap is universally under a dollar :roll:

Not cheap, even by customisable laptop standards. But cheap is relative, especially on a forum such as this. Perhaps you could be more specific with your desired price range?

Sager sells primarily Clevo notebooks, which are probably one of the better "cheap" notebooks around, and reasonably customizable.
