Looks like PCI-E 3.0 with the RX 7600 can have a pretty big performance hit in some games

Similar performance in half the games, 10-20% worse 1% lows in some games. And just avoid Spider Man. Also avoid Hitman 3 if you look at some of W1zz's previous PCIe 3.0 vs. 4.0 comparos.
