Have you tried contacting the manufacturer? If anyone has replacements, they would.

Since that is a 2.4GHz wireless device and not Bluetooth, you have no choice but to see if the maker can help because those have to be paired at the factory. They will need the serial number too.

I seem to remember some older keyboard / mouse combos having a larger/longer usb receiver with a push button on them for pairing.
Not the mini types we are used to, today.
Was this type still needing Factory setup? Just curious.

Devices with a pairing button are typically Bluetooth and don't require factory setup.

While BT is also wireless and operates in the 2.4 - 2.485GHz frequency band, it is not the same as other 2.4GHz systems. 2.4GHz systems are typically configured (paired) to use a specific channel at the factory. This ensures like devices in the same office don't interfere with each other. It would not be good if 10 identical keyboards and mice in one room were all making inputs to all 10 computers.

That could be funny or tragic!

It reminds me of a time when I was stationed in England. A friend of mine had the same Sony TV and VCR as we did. Because both the TV and VCR were Sony's, the VCR's remote controlled both. And because most people don't have 2 identical TVs and VCRs in the same room, the remotes all used the same channels.

One night we were partying at his house and I took the remote to my TV and VCR with me. After we "were feeling no pain", every time he did something with the remote, like pause the tape, or change the channel or volume, I would change it back. He finally figured it out when I couldn't stop laughing.

I once bought 15 mice from adesso and a couple of them were on the same channel and everyone was panicking thinking they got hacked.
