I've been running a lot of benchmarks on my laptop and I've noticed that my i7 gets lower CPU scores in 3Dmark timespy compared to other i7s of the same type. The CPU in question is the i7-10750H, my best CPU score is 6896 whereas other i7-10750Hs, that are also HP omen 15s, easily get around 7.5k.

I get these limit reasons in throttlestop when running the test:
I've ran cinebench r23 and r20 and my scores are as good as other i7-10750Hs in other HP Omen 15s.
I've ran 'Timespy extreme' and 'CPU profile' which was recommended by UL as "Time Spy CPU test does not scale beyond 8 threads. You need Time Spy Extreme CPU test for more scaling (to up to 64 threads)" My Laptop is one the left and another HP omen, which gets a better Timespy cpu score, is on the right:

I've ran the test with no GPU OC, no UV, let the computer handle power limits, nvidia optimus off, plugged in, performance mode (in Omen gaming hub which apparently changes the power limits mainly for the gpu from 80W to 100W), Set the priority to high when running 3DMark whilst closing all non-essential applications, reinstalled 3Dmark, ran it with windows defender real-time protection off, gaming mouse unplugged... I honestly feel like I've tried everything tbh, if anyone has any suggestions please comment them.

- It's the HP Omen 15 ek0003na. (i7-10750H, RTX 2060 (100W), 16 GB ram, 512 ssd, 144Hz 7ms 1080p display).
- I've repasted it with Cooler Master MasterGel Maker (twice).
- I have undervolted my CPU with throttlestop 9.4 (-120mv core, -105mv on cache)
- I have adjusted the power limits of the CPU using throttlestop and have tick the "disable and lock turbo power limits" box ( PL1: 90W PL2: 107W) as my laptop will adjust the power limits so that sometimes PL1 is set to 83W; however, according to throttlestop, the package power doesn't exceed ~75W when running the test, but other times it gets up to 90W. I honestly don't know.
- I have overclocked the GPU, which is the RTX 2060 (100W) refresh with samsung memory, using MSI Afterburner (+190 core, +900 memory).
