Well I think I can vouch for the reddit 'leap v2 headrest mod' success story.
https://www.reddit.com/r/OfficeChairs/comments/j83jt3 It works like a champ, the headrest positioning and adjustment options are a perfect fit too, it was instant love for my neck tbh.
Done with the Engineered Now H3 headrest and some heavy duty zip ties (24 inch is overkill). Yes, its a 130 dollar headrest... sigh... but this chair is so much better now.
I also added some rubber washers underneath the clamps at the top end, because those are pretty sharp and definitely will eat into your upholstery otherwise. Now they dont, see photo 1. I just bought a thick sink rubber and cut it up a bit.
Also gave my Lian Li A3 a full dust filter treatment. Super easy, I used magnet tape but it is barely even needed, you can just fold the sheets behind the enclosure steel. The topside is a bit harder, I had to use a more flexible mesh on a roll for that, but if you cut it to size, you can nudge it into the bends on the top panel, too, and it'll stay in place just fine. Everything's also removable easily.
Added bonus points for seeing less annoying lighting from within the case... and it still looks 'white' too.
