Missing Components - looking for schematics Sapphire Radeon RX 570 Pulse 4 GB

Hi all,

I have a Sapphire Radeon RX 570 Pulse 4 GB version and it is in a non-functional state.
Currently, it displays a distorted image only over HDMI on a 1920x1080 display and the computer can boot into Windows, but the screen is horizontally tearing/ghosting (not sure how best to describe it)
If I try to plug a monitor into the Displayport, it does not display any picture.
if I boot into Windows with this as a second card, GPU-Z says 0Mhz for the memory and the GPU core as well...
Do you know any sites where one can get schematics for this board?

Examining the board I noticed, that on the back side of the board (right on the opposite side of one of the RAM) modules a few capacitors and resistors are missing.
I am trying to find a schematic or someone who would know the values of the components

it might be a bit necro by this point, but caps are usually used in parallel , so all you have to do is to measure the values of adjacent caps, and put similar ones where needed. Make sure to properly mark the places where the smd were actually ripped off, so you know where the repair should take place (i suggest taking some macro shots of the damaged area, before poking with the soldering iron).
