I need to undervolt my cpu because of the temperatures.
Unfortunately, I don't manage to get the settings right, because my cpu and the whole laptop is either unbearably slow or really hot(Despite not too much cpu load).
Could you, please help me to fix this?
You can see my settings in the screenshots.
My laptop MSI Raider GE76 12UHS

Start by disabling core isolation memory integrity. Follow the links in my signature. Reboot and delete the ThrottleStop.INI configuration file. Download TS 9.7.2

Post some updated screenshots after you do that. Software cannot access the voltage control register when VBS is enabled.

Speed Shift Max in the TPL window is set to only 4. That is probably why your CPU is running like a slug. Check the Speed Shift box and set the Max to 255. No more worries after you do that. Clear the Disable Turbo box.

Run msinfo32 or System Information and make sure Virtualization Based Security is Not enabled.
