MSI 980 Ti lightning possible bios failure

Hello dear members;
Need your help with this card, a beast from 2015

The card does not initialize,Dr debug gives error (b2) and when I boot the pc using the iGPU, this is what GPUz gives me

I thought it's a bios chip related issue, so I flashed it using CH341A programmer but nothing have changed.
What do you guys think?

Try using it on different PC.
If it still does it - try to use Nvidia's MODS (MATS) diagnostic tool and check for bad VRAM and or GPU.
Alternative is to check card visually for any knocked off parts (shouldn't happen since it was just sitting inside PC, but you never know).

PS. What platform is this on ?
