Can i run nvme + gpu + sound card at the same time on MSI B450M Mortar mothreboard ?

All slots that will be occupied.

1. First M.2 slot (NVME SSD)
2. First PCI-E x16 slot (Graphics Card)
3. Second PCI-E x16 (x4) slot (PCI-E x1 Sound Card)

Sound card will not ruin Graphics Card performance ?

The manual says installing a NVME SSD into the M.2 slot disables PCIe slot 4 (x16 with x4 wired)

Yes, but your going to have to install the the sound card in PCIe slot 3.

What does means M2_2 slot ? Thats a second M2 slot not the first one i'm correct ?

Oops, yes I forgot about the photo you posted. So that would mean your going to lose access to the second M.2 slot if you populate the the second PCIe slot.

No it will not fit because of giant 3 slot video card Aorus GTX 1080Ti. So it will work at full X16 speed or not ?
