MSI GTX 1070 Mobile 8 GB BIOS, cant find a compatible VGA Bios :(

Hello im AIWnetB0t a new user im from Germany, i would like to flash my graphics card but i cant find a compatible VGA Bio for my card. https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/205176/205176
Can anyone help me? I have the well-known Oculus Rift S problem, these glasses only work for me with older Nvidia drivers and that is annoying. The BIOS is just too old. pls can anyone help me

Update your Graphics driver, not the Bios.

I have version 446.14 but still doesn't work. I need a current VGA bios. Many people did it that way and only after that did it work. :/

Messing with the GPU BIOS on laptops is extremely risky as it might be integrated with the moterboard BIOS.

Your card works fine, use the older driver if that works for you.

For the specifics on Oculus S compatibility maybe @Mindweaver @xkm1948 and some others I might have missed, can help you out. But the gist of it still is: updating laptop GPU BIOS is high risk.

Knock yourself out. But take in mind, if something goes wrong, it's going to be hard to recover. If it works with older drivers, there is no need to risk it.

Either Revert to a Driver Version that works or contact those people that did get it to work.
as others have said messing around. with laptop VGA bios is fraught with problems.
