actually , i have not flashed , because for 2 days now the gpu work perfectly after i increase fan speed with msi afterburner and temperature is less than 70 , but yesterday when i was playing i get again the blue screen with "Video TDR Failure (NVLDDMKM.SYS) " don't know why ... just wanna ask you wich port must i use dvi or display port? and if i flash the bios now it garanti 100% that the gpu will work fine after i flash it ??

Could be a bad driver (Yes nvidia does make bad drivers) could be the gpu going bad (its very old).

From the info provided, I gave the only 2 bios that have UEFI, there is always a 1% chance it may not work, but you have an igp to recover with,.

Yeah you hook monitor up to motherboard, boot up off of that and repeat the flash process but with the working bios

So I provided a video 2 replies ago, download the 1st file and then follow the directions in the video to flash your gpu

is there any video to how to recover it if it not work dude??

It's probably the GPU on its way out, this model doesn't receive driver updates anymore. It was discontinued alongside Windows 7 drivers in September last year. One security update released this year but it has no changes to the kernel mode driver components. They should be running driver version 473.81 as that is the final release for 600 and 700 series GPUs.

From the pictures, OP's PC is extremely dirty and it needs complete maintenance at this point. If there is so much dust even in their PCs USB ports and the audio jacks, I imagine the areas where air circulates are in downright terrible shape, and the GPU itself may be in need of a repaste and perhaps due a replacement of the thermal pads, with it being 9-10 years old and all.

Ok understand a dirty computer will overheat, be at risk of component failure due to heat, moisture and esd, clean it.

I provided the 2 uefi files, so what are you waiting for? Flash the damn card and lets move forward

No promises but like our airman friend said, it can cause component failure because of heat, moisture, electrostatic discharge, and depending on the type of dust even a short can occur.

Flashing the card may not be truly necessary unless you have a corrupt VBIOS, but to me, it seems that your problem is a good ol' case of neglect. Make sure to dust your computer thoroughly, open your graphics card, clean everything, being careful not to destroy the thermal pads on top of the memory chips and VRM area and replace the thermal paste on the GPU chip - Arctic MX-4 works great and is affordable.
