Looks good except for the Realtek ethernet, Intel is so much better.
I guess you missed the write up about Intel's flawed 2.5Gb/s Phy that runs at 1Gb/s and requires a hardware fix.

Does that VRM sink actually let air through or is it just a hot pocket that makes noise?

Those MOSFETs will fry far before they 90a because they are packed tightly and that cooler is... Eh...

It'll be interesting to see the temps when things are pushed.
