Msi MPG271QX vrr problems

I have this monitor for almost a year it's fantastic, I never use gsync because of vrr flicker and I never notice any tearing but I just tried gsync for fun

What I do notice is in Cru utility vrr range is 48-255 but that should be 360, with displayport instead of hdmi 2.1 it is showing 48-360 vrr range

My friends gigabyte aorus fo27q3 with same panel is showing vrr range in cru 48-360 but also has the same problem under 64 hZ

And I know of Lfc (low framerate compensation) it doubles the refresh rate in gsync when fps is under the vrr range so under 48, rrtings tested it and vrr range is even 22 instead of 48, but according to my tests in game when fps is under 64 lfc already kicks in and doubles refresh rate and it will flicker bad, it should start with lfc under 48fps nornaly?

I already tried new drivers because it was a driver problem like some people said but no fix?

Above 65fps gsync works fine (obly problem is the refresh overlay fluctuates aloy if the fps is steady 100 fps it fluctuates a lot under or above 100hz but that is normal of a not official gsync.

But it still isn't right lfc kicks in already under 64 fps?

With the picture attached you see when I lock fps to 60 gsync will put hz in osd to 120 so it's kicking in lfc?

Nornaly I never use gsync because I never noticed any scream tearing with gsync turned off so that's a win with this oled monitor, my old ips one gsync had to be enabledm but still this shouldent be okay?
