Are you running the flash command with Admin rights?

The one below has different timings from the one you have installed. Maybe try this first.

I am attempting to flash through windows now. I could not get it to work using ATI Flash in DOS. So far the one you linked has been successfully flashed via AMD VBFLASH in windows.
I'm going to install the drivers and run a benchmark to see if it works.

EDIT: Tried it and ran a benchmark and it CRASHED :(

Does the card show the correct clocks in GPUZ now?

If the card was used for mining it may have other issues. Some miners oc the VRAM to get better hashrates.
Try 1650Mhz on the VRAM.

Try reducing Core and VRAM clocks or powerlimit. See if that helps with stability.
Please don't use Furmark.

Unigine valley will do.

I have no idea what's going on but in GPUZ it looks exactly the same as the picture in my first post.
The BIOS version didnt change, the GPU and Memory Clock didn't change either.

It looks like it was a mining card.

I am using Unigine Heaven right now.

The two BIOS are very similar except for the VRAM timings are different.
Which will not show in GPU-Z unless you go into advanced then memory timings

Did you uninstall your drivers using DDU?
Please run DDU and remove your old drivers

Recommended usage
  • You MUST disconnect your internet or completely block Windows Update when running DDU until you have re-installed your new drivers.
  • DDU should be used when having a problem uninstalling/installing a driver or when switching GPU brand.
  • DDU should not be used every time you install a new driver unless you know what you are doing.
  • DDU will not work on network drive. Please install in a local drive (C:, D: or else).
  • The tool can be used in Normal mode but for absolute stability when using DDU, Safemode is always the best.
  • If you are using DDU in normal mode, Clean, reboot, clean again, reboot.
  • Make a backup or a system restore (but it should normally be pretty safe).
  • It is best to exclude the DDU folder completely from any security software to avoid issues.

Hello
I searched the database for a BIOS file that is for your card and it looks that all the files have the same ID so basically is the same one.
Weird
As for flashing procedure, after you flash a card it is recommended to do a full driver uninstall - using DDU(as @The King said earlier).
Why ? Because windows do not recognize the video card anymore as it have a new BIOS - and windows consider it as a new card and try itself to reinstall it.

I disconnected my ethernet, and I am going to try flashing then use DDU for all the BIOS files that I have.

So far Unigine Heaven black screens or crashes with an error. GPUZ shows the same specs in the pictures of my first post.

EDIT: I'm looking at the core clocks, memory clocks, etc in MSI Afterburner and it's not showing any data. It says "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter."

If your drivers are installed properly. GPUZ will look similar the attached Pics. You can click on the "?" to run a render test.

That is normal if you used DDU. Now run the new AMD driver installation and reboot if asked.

After you use DDU and after you restart computer, when windows finished to load you can check the device manager and indeed it will show "Microsoft Basic Display Adapter."
That is normal because you just uninstalled the ATI drivers and windows now uses general purpose drivers (that are used only to display a picture on the screen.
If you try to start any video test you will encounter errors.
So in order to install correctly the drivers now, you will keep the network disconnected and you will use the driver from the usb stick or from hard drive where you have it saved.
ONLY after you finish to install the drivers and you do not get any error messages you will restart windows.
After restart you go to device manager and check display adapter status. You should have it with no error message.
Then you can start GPU-z to check.
Keep us informed how it went.
Cheers

And here are the rest.

Remove all gpu drivers using a tool from net called Display Driver Uninstaller, follow those directions.

Use ati/amdvbflash 2.93 with unlock rom and -f commands in a Administrator privileged cmd line.

Use /? Or -? To get entire command list

Hi guys, this is going to be another attempt to try and find the correct BIOS for my card and successfully reflash it.

So far I have tried BIOS:

https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/203641/msi-rx570-8192-171016 (THIS VERSION OF VBIOS IS ALREADY INSTALLED)

https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/213807/213807 (VBIOS IMAGE NOT FOUND)

Here are some pictures.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks for the clarification.

1. I'm going to flash via AMDVBFLASH in windows
https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/203641/msi-rx570-8192-171016

2. Use DDU in windows and restart

3. Install the appropriate driver and restart (IT DETECTED A DRIVER INSTALLATION ERROR)

4. Check on display adapter status and GPUZ (CODE 43 and INCORRECT SPECS IN GPU-Z)

I will attempt the other BIOS with the same method above, and get back to you.

UPDATE: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/198183/msi-rx570-8192-171016-1 (DID NOT WORK)

Thank you for the links. I will try the same method as the others and get back to you.

EDIT: Hey guys thanks for all the help. I couldn't get it to work.

A guy wants the card for mining and will be picking it up.

Sorry to hear that.

There is one last thing to try if you still have the card.

It can remove code 43 errors. By disabling BIOS signature checks.
This usually means the mining BIOS is still on the card hence the drivers will not load in windows.
Running this program may get the drivers to load.

Run the patch then reboot.

Good Luck.
