MSI Z690 SSD standoff detached from motherboard

Recently bought a new mobo first time opening it and loosened first screw it completely came off without pulling. Is this can be repairable or shall RMA the mobo?

Ps: I've read MSI forums and seems like this is not the first case.

I'm pretty sure those just screw it. If not super glue is your friend

Is your picture about the M2 heat shield or something else?

my b550 tomahawk had the exact same issue right out of the box.
it is just glued and i fixed it with superglue.

Yes it works. undo the screw and glue it back in place.

if you get a replacement board it'll be glued again.
i asked the seller and he imediately claimed i damaged this on purpose before i even sent it back. i've put superglue on it and it's still intact 2 years later.

Yeah I was thinking the same actually since I still have 2 days for RMA. I only checked 1 slot tho. I will check other slots aswell tomorrow.
