Must vbs be closed to make TS work properly?

A few days ago, I used TS to offset voltage. But I found that the offset data of FLVR upper right panel is unchanged.
Recently, after I updated the cumulative update version of win11, the data of offsetting on the right side of FLVR changed. I thought it was VBS that affected the work of ts, but now it seems to be another bug of win11.
I am a novice in computer. Will vbs affect the effectiveness of ThrottleStop?

The ThrottleStop FIVR voltage related controls do not work when VBS is enabled. There are two links in my signature that show how to disable VBS. Start by disabling Windows core isolation memory integrity. Exit ThrottleStop, delete the ThrottleStop.INI configuration file and reboot. Post an updated FIVR screenshot if you are not sure.

You can also run msinfo32 and check to see if virtualization based security is enabled or not.

Tks for your reply.
Actually I launched the VBS. But I shut down the Core Isolation in the window Defender. And the right data on the panal had changed.
Did your software correctly working on my laptop?

I uploaded this photo to tell you which part I mean. When I adjust the offset data, the data in the panal would change correspondingly.

Half the items in the FIVR window are not working correctly. When you run ThrottleStop with VBS enabled, you will need to delete the ThrottleStop.INI configuration file. This settings file will become corrupted when VBS is enabled.

ThrottleStop will work correctly on your laptop when VBS is disabled. Some items in the ThrottleStop FIVR window will not work correctly when VBS is enabled.

Even if the data displayed on the panel in the picture changes correctly with my operation, is it still actually not working properly?

Did you try entering an offset voltage? When you press Apply does the offset voltage show up in the FIVR monitoring table?

When ThrottleStop is working correctly, you will not see all of the Voltage values at 0.0391. You will not see IccMax being set so low and the VCCIN slider will be locked. ThrottleStop cannot adjust VCCIN on any 6th Gen or newer CPU.

I do not know what else I can say to convince you that the ThrottleStop FIVR settings do not work correctly when VBS is enabled.
