My asus bios stuck while updating

I have a critical issue and i need help, i have an e3 pro gaming v5 motherboard from asus, i tried to update the bios but got stuck and then i tried to enter the bios it keep telling me that i need to use the same .cap file to finish the update

i tried to remove the CMOS battery
i tried to reset through the CLR jumper
i tried to put my flash drive with the same file, it doesnt appear in the EZ flash utility
Tried everything on the internet but nothing is changing
i tried to update using internet but also nothing happend

I need a clear steps to reslove this issue and would appreciate it

All i can think of is Asus crash free bios 3. Google it and watch some videos. May sort it out.

I’ve watched alot but nothing seems to fix the issue i even removed everything connected to the board and left it for hours but also i got nothing

Please look at this thred, but be very carefull, because it can delete your MAC address.

Read the Manual and see if Crash free Bios 3 is relevant in your situation, their website also mentions updating the Bios via the Internet as well as from within the Bios.
Failing that the Motherboard appears to have a swappable Bios chip that can be removed and changed without soldering.

Just a couple of random sites I found doing a quick Google.
