My Intel i5-1035G1 could run faster but it isn't

It only runs at 1.6Ghz and it doesn't go past 60 degrees. I think it can run faster. I tried tweaking some setting but most of them are locked.And i constantly get EDP OTHER warnings.Which settings can i change to squeeze a little bit more power.

Nothing in Throttlestop, it's locked.
EDP means the manufacturer has gimped that CPU to run at low power.
Buy a different Laptop with a higher CPU Wattage rating. 15W is killing the speed.
