If you are asking about the black bars at the top & bottom, that is a resolution/scaling/windows display settings issue...

If you are asking about the fuzziness/distortion, that is most likely a result of a low-quality image that is being stretched out to fit the screen, which is a different issue....

Can you be moar specific as to exactly what your question is related to ?
