When did this happen?
Did you had display from this GPU, Monitor, cable?
How do you know its working? Fans working does not mean the rest of the card is working
Did you had any changes in hardware, software, and BIOS/VBIOS?
Any power issues?
PSU issues?
Did you try anything troubleshooting it?

I'd argue that the easiest fix is to try a different cable if you have one. More often than not that causes problems like this.
