Mystery... Cant update Nvidia drivers beyond 497.29

Hi all.
I cant install any 5xx series of drivers beyond 497.29. That one work just fine, and the 497.09. Tried lots of 5xx and latest one bit no good... in install proces screen blanks and only resolutions I get is 1024x768 and 800x600 after succesfully instalation completes.

Tried now one more time. No good.
Unistalled avast.
Reboot.
Cleaned cookies and registry with ccleaner app.
Reboot.
Nvidia cleanup tool. Removed everything. Msconfig as admin - safe mode boot LAN off(no internet).
Reboot.
Run DDU. clean everything - Nvidia gpu. Msconfig as admin safe boot off.
Reboot.
Installed 566.36 as admin.
Instalation succesfully instaled. Same problem.
Reboot.
Same problem. Only two resolutions avaliable and no Nvidia high def (no sound).

according to the link you have a 4GB RTX 3060 which does not exist.
but the HW ID "10DE-2503" seems to be a normal RTX 3060...

Speccy shows only 4gigs of gpu...
Its RTX 3060 Inno3d 12gb version.

Dont know If I can post other links from google over here... that speccy showing only 4gigs is "known" thing.
i can post cpuz or gpu-z...

did you just bought it? maybe used with a weird bios flashed on the card. (Mining maybe)

my first thought was a new china scam (i've seen manipulated RTX Cards with wrong names where GPU-Z does not even say that it's fake with the yellow triangle)

take the card out, check the slot and connector and use a different display cable. If that doesn't work try doing a CMOS reset and maybe look for bios updates.
it's hard to diagnose something like that over the internet but I'd try that first.

All that has been tried except CMOS reset. Will tried it but it will reset Bios on default version 7.4. Problem was on 7.4 and after updating bios to 10.10. :/

Are 3d graphics/tests working fine when the "low res problem" appears? If 3d works fine - there may be some problem realted to aquiring info from monitor connected to video output. Whats the connector used? And whats the resolutions listed with new drivers installed by Custom resolution utility from https://www.monitortests.com/forum/Thread-Custom-Resolution-Utility-CRU ?
