Name of screw

Ive included a picture of the screw in question its to my thermaltake 900 case i had a second one but when i unscrewed it dropped and bounced away somewhere and i cant find it so I need to replace it, but for the life of me can not find the name of said screw.

Those are custom and most likely impossible to get hold of. Some case makers do that, especially as drive screws with little rubber grommets on them.
The thread should still be #6-32 UNC.
Not the same, but might work?

Most Case makers just list them as Thumb Screws
(presume they are to hold Side panel on).

That's up there in terrible "what is this" pictures... camera is out of focus and you have a shadow.

Those are typically called shoulder screws:

Contact Thermaltake and ask for a replacement if you cannot be bothered to try to find one locally (although I doubt you will find an exact match).
