Let me get straight to the point here, I tried using Grub Shell and RU.EFI but none of those allowed me to change settings inside CpuSetup(undervolting lock 0x43 and overclock lock 0x10E), but it just kept saying smth like "Error can't write data!", I disabled secure boot, VTX, Core Isolation, Local Security Authority protection and Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist... and yet nothing seems to work, something keeps blocking my changes when I try to apply them. In ThrottleStop I can control my PL1 and PL2, but can't disable BD PROCHOT as well, I tried disabling that in RW-everything and I guess that also didn't work.. What's the best move here? Is there a better program that can bypass the blocking thing?

nothing seems to work
Does the top middle of the FIVR window show Not Available? The 13th Gen H series do not support any undervolting. Only the mobile HX series allow undervolting.

but can't disable BD PROCHOT
Most 12th Gen and newer computers have locked out BD PROCHOT adjustment. Whether you try to use ThrottleStop or RW Everything makes no difference. A locked CPU register is locked and cannot be changed. Maybe you can find this hidden setting in the BIOS you dumped.

What's the best move here?
I would look for a different computer, preferably one with an unlocked HX processor. My MSI laptop allows access to the Advanced BIOS settings where it is dead simple to disable BD PROCHOT. I do not recommend buying any laptop without this basic feature.

Yeah it does say not available at the top... it's just generally sad that I can gain so much performance by just adding more power to the pl1 and pl2 but at around 55watts of power it starts hitting like 90 degrees and it kinda starts to strutter, but I suppose the only option i have now is just to upgrade my cooling or maybe solder an i9 13900hx lol. it's probably not possible... thanks for the help btw!
