Greetings,

The error:

ERROR: Mismatch at offset Ox00000004 - Expected value: Ox03 - Read back: Ox02

Is it save-able ? My silent bios is good. I have ran into this error code when trying to flash my GPU bios. I need to flash my gpu because my gpu not displaying any output after I updated the bios via Gigabyte Control Centre.

I found out that the gpu updated using different model bios, 403E instead of 403D which is I believe should be since my silent bios is on 403D and working fine.

I tried to flash bios which I extracted from my silent bios using GPUZ, I also tried to flash bios where I downloaded from TechPowerUp. Both return same error.

I tried multiple variations of nvflash (nvflashk, omgvlflash, and other modded non standard nvflash), some of this nvflash variation giving cant detect gpu error, and some give error i specified above.

Its Aorus RTX 3080 Xtreme rev0.1

Looks like the flash chip is somehow become write-locked, and writing do not change it

Whats the output of
nvflash --protectoff

The output is :
"Setting EEPROM protection complete."

this seems normal right ?

is there anyway to check and confirm whether its is write protected or not ?
