Need help flashing VBIOS

I emailed support asking for the original VBIOS of my Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 570 8GB GDDR5. They've sent me a zip file with 2 ROM files.
The GPU has been used for mining, and I received it second-hand. Need help understanding what the two ROMs are for and which one to use.

One is performance BIOS (.x56), one silent (.s4u). You have a switch on your graphics card for each.
Boot into system with silent BIOS, flash that one;
then turn computer off, flip the switch and boot with performance and flash that one.
Use ATi winflash version 2.93.
