Need Help for HP RTX 3060 vbios (hp m41998-001)

Hi Dear:

Is anyone have HP RXT 3060 vbios can share to me? actually my brother do something for ETH, and I was find I can't play game anymore, it's shows very lag even play CS:GO, and here are the behavior I saw:

1. The vbios was change, my brother told me that he was contact someone and get this version....orz
2. The driver can't auto-install, must menu install, so I'm worry it's may issue was happened from vbios so can't detect the correct information.
3. I do contact HP for my OMEN 25L, but they told me that behavior was broken warranty..

so if any one have the vbios for HP RTX 3060 (hp m41998-001) so I can try to flash back? since I'm saw GPU base was show the bios is 94.06.14, but didn't work on my card.
