I am seriously considering naming my first child after the person who helps me resolve my computer audio issues!

Please see my notes and screenshots below:

1. System
  1. Laptop - MSI Raider GE67HX
  2. RAM
    1. Came with: 32GB DDR5 SO-DIMM 4800MHz CL41
    2. Upgraded to: G.SKILL Ripjaws 64GB (2x32GB) DDR5 SO-DIMM, 4800MHz, CL40-39-39-76, 1.10v (Unbuffered Non-ECC)
  3. CPU - Intel i9 12900HX
  4. GPU – NVIDIA RTX 3080Ti (mobile if they still use that nomenclature)
  5. Network Card – Intel Killer® Wi-Fi 6E AX1675i 160MHz Wireless Network Adapter (211NGW)
  6. SSD
    1. Came with: 1TB M.2 NVMe Samsung MZVL21T0HCLR-00B00 PCIe Gen 4x4

2. Problem(s)

  1. All Computer audio inputs/outputs crackle
    1. Most noticed when using Xbox Gamebar and playing a game
      1. Friends also hear me crackling when talking
    2. Persists across multiple ports, port types, and audio in/output devices

3. Compounding Factors

  1. Onenetwork antenna tore off the network cardwhen I installed the new 64GB RAM kit (See 1.2.2)
    1. I have a new antenna set I plan to install
    2. I have a new network card I plan to install
      1. Intel AX1690i Killer Series WiFi 6E CNVio2 M.2 Card

CONCLUSION

_________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Your system appears to be having trouble handling real-time audio and other tasks. You are likely to experience buffer underruns appearing as drop outs, clicks or pops. One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.

LatencyMon has been analyzing your system for 1:23:58 (h:mm:ss) on all processors.

MEASURED INTERRUPT TO USER PROCESS LATENCIES
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
The interrupt to process latency reflects the measured interval that a usermode process needed to respond to a hardware request from the moment the interrupt service routine started execution. This includes the scheduling and execution of a DPC routine, the signaling of an event and the waking up of a usermode thread from an idle wait state in response to that event.

Highest measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 6784.0
Average measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 9.668441
Highest measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 6776.0
Average measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 4.935749
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________

REPORTED HARD PAGEFAULTS
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Hard pagefaults are events that get triggered by making use of virtual memory that is not resident in RAM but backed by a memory mapped file on disk. The process of resolving the hard pagefault requires reading in the memory from disk while the process is interrupted and blocked from execution.
NOTE: some processes were hit by hard pagefaults. If these were programs producing audio, they are likely to interrupt the audio stream resulting in dropouts, clicks and pops. Check the Processes tab to see which programs were hit.

Process with highest pagefault count: system
Total number of hard pagefaults 88280
Hard pagefault count of hardest hit process: 77007
Number of processes hit: 47
