Hello.
You flashed both BIOS-es ?
Silent and performance?
Well, plug the card in a system and run GPU-z and make a picture.
On the other hand, since there are 2 types of Samsung memory chips for 8GB RX580's, then for sure you flashed a wrong code.
Due to this situation we will need you to open the card and make a close-up picture of those memory chips.
Use a good light source and use macro function.
With GPU-z picture and exact code from the memory i will narrow the search to identify a correct BIOS for your card.

OK. Based on the pictures you took from the memory chips, i managed to narrow the search:

For the moment we will flash only this BIOS.
Then we will search for the silent version also.

Hello
You used version 2.93 as we suggested ?
And don't forget to unlock BIOS first.
1st command: amdvbflash -i - to find out number of your adapter
2nd command will be : amdvbflash -unlockrom 0
3rd command will be the one to flash it.
For example when i flashed my cards and i received this error, i tried multiple times.
In the end for some reason i did it.
I did not changed anything, i just repeated the procedure all over again for many times.
The video card should be inserted in mainboard not in a riser.
Ultimately if you don't have luck with this procedure, we suggest the external flash programmer. But that will be the last resort solution.

Yep i use version 2.9.3
I plugged in the graphics card on the motherboard.
I don't use raiser
I tried putting -unlockrom 0 , the result shows ERROR 0FL01 .
I tried flashing many times.
What should I do next?
I'll keep flashing while waiting for your answer.

After some flash attempts, we will go for the only solution left : external flash programmer

Is there any chance to try flash your card in another system?
I mean another computer - with windows ?

For that procedure you will need an external programmer.
How to use it , depends on the model.
But for sure you will find some support here on out forum from the other members who use those programmers.
