Need help undervolting m15 r3 i7-10750H

looking to reduce temperature and improve performance – any help appreciated!

The m15 R3 has a very good cooling system, but without a good thermal compound well applied there is no adjustment or undervolt that can solve it.

Change the thermal paste for PTM 7950 or KryoSheet and be happy.

I agree. The undervolt being used looks OK.

If you have to reduce the turbo ratios to 32 to reduce the heat, that is a sign of a major cooling problem. Time for a thorough cleaning and a re-paste with the good stuff, PTM 7950.
