Need some help deciding photo collage software for a funeral

So I've been tasked with making a collage for a family funeral. I really just need some suggestions for what software programs would be best suited for something like that. I would probably just use a laptop and TV.

Is there any built in windows programs that could do this? Should I use a free trial of Adobe or something? Thank you folks for any advice you have.

Seems you can do it with Window 10 File Explorer...
Launch File Explorer and go to the folder containing the photos you want in your slideshow. Select all the images you wish to include by clicking them while holding down the CTRL key. Click on picture tools and choose "Start Slideshow" from the context menu that appears. A new window will appear with your project.

Yeah that's kinda what I was wondering. Maybe put them all in a folder and use VLC to just play the folder? Is there anything there that I can use to make sure each picture stays up for 15 seconds then go to the next pic?

Quite a time ago there was a software called Adobe Photoshop album starter edition. It was free of charge. But since Adobe has stopped developing the software, you can only reach it by googleing it.

Once you start the slideshow you can right click & select slow speed, which is about 10 seconds per image.

That might be the best option for a looping show that you can custom set the cycle speed.
