New Corsair AIO bent fins a concern?

So I recently got a Corsair RX Titan 360 RGB AIO and I'm wondering is this a cause for concern? I honestly don't feel like returning it as it'll be a hassle as this is the only thing I can see wrong with it, the pump and other parts of the cooler is fine.

If that's the only small spot I wouldn't think it should cause any issues.

Sucks getting something new to find out there's a blemish or problem such as this.

Yeah, I don't know how those got bent you can see how bent and warped they're like beneath the top fins it's very strange.

Looks more like a manufacturing defect, it's fine, it's just that those fins wont do much cooling.

I figured it was a manufacturing defect, least airflow can still get through so they're still doing something at least I would think, I just find it funny how this passed quality control unless they deemed it good still during that and didn't want to dispose of it.
