Hello.
After 14 years it's time to change my PC, unfortunately I have a limited budget of around € 1000 and the new PC must be made to last just as long.
I have the PC in the living room directly connected to the TV and Home Theater (currently broken), its use is in fact mainly dedicated to playing videos and music but I would like it to also support games but without pretensions.
I also plan to change the TV with a new 4k so I would like the PC to be able to play them.
On the audio part I am undecided whether to aim for a Mb with good audio or add an internal or external sound card. I do not have to overclock and I am not interested in wifi. I have to position the case horizontally, and I would like the PC to be as silent as possible.
This is what I managed to configure:

MSI PRO B650-A WIFI Scheda madre, ATX 199€

CPU Tray AMD Ryzen 5 7500F AM5 3,7 GHz 32 MB Cache 132€

Sparkle Intel Arc B580 Titan OC, 12 GB GDDR6 299€

Kingston NV3 NVMe PCIe 4.0 SSD Interno 1TB M.2 61€

Case Be Quiet! Light Base 600 DX Midi Tower 132,40

Alimentatore Be Quiet Pure Power 12 M 650W 104,70

VEN CPU BE QUIET! SHADOW ROCK 3 BK004 163MM ALTURA 53€

RAM Team T-CREATE EXPERT DDR5 32GB (2x16) 6000 MHz NERO CL30 92,70€

Thank you.

your two links were .it links, so I assumed Italy and went for a list. This is similar to dark_globe's, but I tried to stick with your case and make it work with your budget:

I looked at the 12600k, 14400, Ryzen 7600 as they were in the ballpark of similar pricing and I think the 12600K is going to be the best performer of that group. Ideally you'd get the k, not the kf, because it's nice to have the backup iGPU, but for the price difference, it didn't seem worth it. It was:
12600KF: 161.99
14400: 171.84
12600K: 191.33
You'd have to decide how much the iGPU is worth to you. For most of what you'll do the performance will be very similar between these CPUs and they all edge out the 7600 slightly (which was in the 191 Euros range).

The only other thing about this list is I assumed you already researched the Intel B580. I don't know what games you play or what level of performance is acceptable to you in said games...Graphics card pricing is pretty crazy right now, so you have to go up quite a bit in price to get substantially more performance, but when you want the system to last a long time, sometimes that's worth it. Just remember if you go too far in additional power (like if you upgrade the GPU later), you'd also want to consider bumping up the power supply.

12600KF is also not a bad option (with a Z series motherboard 690/790)
but after i realized you are located in italy and you can get 7500f for so cheap i consider it to be a better choice
mainly because the platform is easily upgradeable in general .
