No Sound

Hey Everyone,
I have been out of the PC tech game for a while now and I am stuck trying to figure out why I have no sound, speakers or headphones. Specs are currant and did a fresh windows installation this morning. Under sound setting I have speakers realtek usb audio checked. I ran the windows trouble shoot and it said driver issue but could not fix.

Assistance would be greatly appreciated, please and thank you.

First step should be checking onboard sound is still turned on in BIOS. Also that USB port settings are also not preventing intended use.
Second should be looking up your board specs and downloading the correct driver from Realtek or the outdated one from MSI guaranteed to work with your mobo.

You need to describe what USB device you are using as that may be where the communication issue lies. See if your 3.5mm front jack works as well.
