non-nitro sapphire rx 460 2gb oc problem

Hi there!, i'm new here, since February i start having problems with my graphic card, some times works fine for like a week and then black screen, restart.. and no video signal search for solutions everywhere and nothing.. after driver update for the newest one to the oldest my first conclusion was a false contact so.. use a small sandpaper in the pci conector, and wd40.. then work for some weeks more and again.. inquiring I thought the card needs a "reflow" but i wanna know anything else before f*ck it, now i read and see videos about "bios switch and flash" but i see the gpu -z screen and something is not right.. there is not pixel fillrate.. texture fillrate bandwidth.. 0 gpu and memory mhz now i'm on the video onboard so i suppose is that but idk here is a screenshot of gpu -z

Clarified that i already do all maintenance
i was using a a frequency of -16.5 in gpu so think that is "downclocking" i do it and it work for "forza horizon 3 crashs and blackscreen" from half a hour gameplay to some like 2 hours

i'm from argentina and here a medium end video card cost "a eye" and i have no money for a new one

EDIT: the card is currently working but how long.. i know cuz i have +40fps not 2 FrAmEs PeR SeCoNd haha

edit 2:*i can't edit idk why* this is very strange.. the card is only working with "forza horizon 3" all other games (shogun 2, escape from tarkov, the long dark etc..) uses the integrated one..
I suspect that is because dedicated uses directx 12 in forza and force it to work.. but in the rest of the games uses older version that the onboard support.. i try setting games in high performance *forza was always like that* but nothing change
