NVCleanstall and adding hardware support

Hello i wanted to ask about something when adding harware support. For example i want to add older GPU support to new drivers:

What should i pick in template? cause there are many options for same model of gpu!? Or leave it blank? how it is works!

The thing is i didint see answer for template thing. i want help friend and add support of old gtx 920m to newer drivers (475.00)
