NVCleanstall wont open

Its just that my NVCleanstall wont open with administrator and without, I tried with older versions but nothing
-Windows 10 Home

No error message, I double click the .exe and get that message "yes" or "no", click yes and do nothing
And wdym about special? Sorry xd

Ah right. Can you check if there's anything in Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> Application ?
