nvidia 3070 gpu but only 1 fans works

hi guys i have a 2nd hand nvidia 3070 but only 1 fan is showing up in gpu z or rat

her 1 fan is showing as running i should say any ideas of what i can do to sort it out

Is the fan working and not reported in GPU-Z or is the fan faulty and is not spinning ?

it is the founders edition gpu

Check the power cables for the GPU if you haven't already. I had an EVGA 3060 that had the same issue, it was fixed when I plugged it in with the first power connector on the cable, as opposed to the one at the end of the cable.

You can try to replace the fans, https://www.ebay.com/itm/394435549748 but you should connect the working fan to the broken fan first and see if its working.

ok will do that tomorrow i already have a replacement fan if the one is faulty only problem is there is no wire to connect the replacement fan

turns out that i have a faulty second fan which is why it is not running must get a new fan for it as soon as possible

turns out my fan is working it just is not showing up on gpu z for some strange reason
