Hello, everyone good day.
I'm using a 16: 9 monitor.(Fujitsu L20T-2) There is a maximum resolution of 1600x900. I check all the options under dsr in the NVIDIA control panel, but strange resolutions are coming up. I want to play games at 1920x1080 with dsr, but the resolution is 1960x1102. Do you have any information on why this is happening?

They are scale factors. For example, for the maximum x4 scale factor, you'll get 3200x1800 DSR, which is the maximum resolution possible using that monitor.

Personally, I think DSR mode is great for benchmarking how well your card will perform with a higher resolution monitor, but I don't like the softness it inevitably brings to the picture and it uses a lot of VRAM since it's actually working at that resolution internally, which could be a problem. I think you're better off running at native resolution with some AA switched on. This will look better and give you a better framerate too.

What graphics card do you have? It's also a good idea to fill in your system specs in your profile.

It's an old card and it's gonna be pretty choppy at 1080p due to that 1GB RAM and slow GPU. I wouldn't bother.

It's even better than 1080p so I wouldn't bother. I'm not playing on "regular resolution' either when using dsr, 2x factor of 1080p is 2715x16xx for example, which I use to play Payday 2.

If the monitor specs on the manufacturers site say 1600x900, that is the best you will get, unless you like picture distortion or a monitor to blank out.

DSR totally not worth it.
The image quality is better, but you'll get horrible microstutters and frequent framedrops regardless of which card you are using.
I tried it on quite a few cards, from GTX750(non-Ti) to GTX960, and the result is always the same - big framerate impact.
Even in Dota 2, my GTX950 does better in native 1440p, rather than DSR on a 1080p screen.

Your weird resolution is due to scaling factor (right now you have x1.225 scaling). You can control it in NVidia Control Panel > 3D Settings > DSR - Factors.
Basically, what it does, is renders the image at that resolution into framebuffer, and then scales each frame to display's native resolution.

Colors also look a bit off to me when I use DSR. Look in the Nvidia Control Panel and see what DSR scale factors are checked ( they are based of your native resolution so that's why it's an odd resolution ) , I believe you can get an exact 1080p option if you set a custom resolution that corresponds with the factor . Performance wise , I can't say I have noticed anything unusual other than an obvious slow down , depends how powerful the card is and more importantly how much memory it has , that's why some people experience stutters.

@razer12 To expand on eidy's explanation, the point is that you won't see any more detail than 1600x900. All DSR is good for is smoothing out the picture (with side effects as I explained) and benchmarking your card at a higher resolution than you can display.

I am happy with the DSR feature. When I play a game at 1600x900 resolution, the image looks blurred and intermittent. I think 1600x900 resolution of new games is insufficient. I use DSR to solve this problem with higher resolutions. Thanks for your comments.

Sounds like monitor ghosting then, not a problem for me. If games have motion blur I turn it off
