The TLDR is that Mohammad Moniruzzaman (a former Valeo) employee purportedly took source code to Nvidia from Valeo. Valeo found out when Moniruzzaman shared his screen when working on a project with Valeo on behalf of Nvidia where Valeo employees could see proprietary Valeo files on his computer. When his German apartment was raided the authorities found proprietary Valeo documentation and hardware.
Nvidia's defense council has stated that it has no interest in Valeo source code or trade secrets. Very questionable response IMO, given that Nvidia is in the automotive industry and would directly stand to benefit from them.
