NVIDIA User experience driver component

Hi,

after installing latest NVidia driver with NVCleanstall (1.10) i found these drivers on my pc. I checked every box on cleanstall that stated removal of telemetry and minimal setup,

but these files are still installed with it, does that mean they are necessary? WHen i search google then everybody says its telemtry/spyware, if so can i delete these manually then? (And perhaps new feature for next version to delete these as swell?

I think these are required for the control panel, but give it a try, maybe you can discover some useful improvements.
