I am using a mixing board to record audio and transmit it to the speakers, but my problem is whenever I play the video playback from the OBS recording, the sound comes out buffered.

The recording works well with audacity
But I need video playback as well

Is there a way to resolve this, or another app I can use with video and audio playback

The PC I am using is an 12th gen i3 dell (all in one system)
Added a picture of the audio mixer

Currently it is working with my smartphone without issues

You might be able to fix audio "buffering" problems by changing settings as described below:-

If your audio and video area out of sync, there are numerous online articles which might be of use. Are you working on live OBS content or pre-recorded footage.

What programs have you tried which playback audio and video together (as opposed to audio only in Audacity)?

Does your audio path (including mixer) incorporate DACs with additional delays in the sound path?
