recently i noticed that one of my thread was running very slow while the others was running normally while running valorant. In this case im using this setting on fivr : core -140,6 cache 140,6 and both iccmax on the highest value. i've tried to increase the offset value to -125 mV on core and cache, but it still remain the same.

this condition will only reset after i restarted my laptop.
p.s sorry @uncleweb for commenting this problem in another forum thread back then

Do you have any game control software installed on your computer? Some of these programs can limit other programs on your computer so they cannot use all cores and all threads of your CPU.

Why is the PP0 Power Limit set to 10? Try setting that to 0 like everyone else is using. Press the Apply button and then clear the PP0 Power Limit check box and press OK.

Clear the Sync MMIO box, clear both Clamp boxes and then try checking the MMIO Lock box.

I have seen this problem before but I cannot remember if the person ever found a solution. Perhaps it is a bug at the CPU level.

Is it possible that Atlas blocks access to the first thread of the CPU? Perhaps the improved responsiveness of Atlas is because it reserves the first thread for background tasks. I do not know enough about the inner workings of the AtlasOS. It looks like an interesting project. Less Windows bloat is always a good thing.
