If the seller is legitimate and will accept your return, then I would return it immediately. My worry is, if it was marketed as new, the box should not have been opened, there should be no tape, and no fingerprints on the CPU. This would make me question the legitimacy of the seller and I would worry I would not get my money back.

Yeah it is a Turkish website like amazon and one of randıman seller. Customer service insta called the cargo guy to Come anc pick it up. The thing is we are running out of 12600ks and what's left is 12600kf and Which I her lots of failures. I will keep the post updated
