Hi. Can someone recommend me good ThrottleStop settings, that are optimal for less heat with minimal performance loss. My temps are at around 50-65/70 C in desktop jobs(doing things in explorer and etc.), when im opening browser and watching videos on youtube and etc. or opening some game C is going high little bit fast. I want to bring C/temp down without loosing too much performance.

- This is my settings right now (and i will be glad to hear settings of close cpu's to mine), im open each type of help/recommendation/information, open for changes/additions/lowering some settings and etc.:

CPU Core : -105.5 (And IccMax at maximum: 511.75)
CPU P/E Cache : -40.0 (And CPU P Cache IccMax at maximum: 511.75, CPU E Cache this IccMax setting not available)
Intel GPU & iGPU Unslice - 70.3 (And IccMax at maximum: 511.75 in both)
System Agent: Not touched cuz in my practise created instability in browsers and etc.

+ In "mV Boost @ 800 MHz" setting i setted as a value 150, but my CPU Core undervolt value is -105.5, is 150 as a value of "mV Boost @ 800 MHz" setting is okay? what value u recommend to me that i can set here and i will be glad to hear reason behind that.

Specs are:
- Notebook: ROG Strix G18 G814JZ_G814JZ
- CPU : i9-13980HX
- GPU : NVidia RTX 4080

With this settings i maked Cinebench2024 CPU Multi Core test (10min):

- Screens from middle of test:

- Screenshot after finish:

- and result is 1577 pts, is this good/normal/bad point for "Intel i9-13980HX"?

- im most of time playing cs 1.6, doing job in Visual Studio and with similar settings got each type of throttling almost: Thermal, EDP Other, PL1, PL2, V MAX (after game i checked limits and i saw only yellow boxes, but if happened - maybe red sometimes when i was ingame - idk, i not checked throttlestop when ingame) throttling. How can i fix this throttlings?

- and i not got any blue screens and etc. - this means i can undervolt more? is it recommended or okay to do?

- Before doing Cinebench2024 i started logging and finished after Cinebench2024 was finished, i attached log file : "2024-09-03.txt".

And i have few mini questions, i will be glad if u guys help me with them:
1. Which settings can make CPU's life shorter? and in which situations?
2. Is there anything that i need to check everyday/time in this program? (for example u can recommend : check temp everytime and if its almost 95-100 lower 'XYZ' FIVR or TPL settings and etc.)
3. Before ThrottleStop i used GHelper and in this program i used silent mode in desktop jobs, in silent mode i gived 10W power limit. When i needed to enter the game i switched mode to balanced and in this mode i gived 30W power limit (automatically. This power limit settings can be set in GHelpers settings). How i can do this setting in ThrottleStop? (cuz i heard that GHelper is not effective like ThrottleStop) - Is this setting is Power Limit Controls? - https://prnt.sc/EEUvTRlXcAqp , if yes then how i will switch between 2 power limits? . Im asking cuz, i wanted to lower W in desktop jobs, cuz how i understand in desktop jobs we dont need high W. (and is this(current section 3) is okay thing to do?)
4. And inside TPL window 'Max' setting in front of Speed Shift is changing by himself after clicking OK button and etc. situations (p.s. state of Speed Shift is unchecked, im scared to check and try :D). Is this behavior of Speed Shift setting normal?
5. As a Speed Shift EPP i found 2 popular values 84 and 63 is there any difference between them?
6. Setting lower power limit than cpu needs is shortening cpus life?
