That is the problem. It appears that your laptop is using an embedded controller (EC) to enforce the 45W TDP limit. For short periods of time you can go beyond 45W but long term, you will always be limited to 45W. ThrottleStop cannot be used to access the EC power limit.it may be my laptops problem
The only fix for this is by setting the IMON Slope value to 50 in the BIOS. This tricks the CPU into reporting half as much power consumption compared to actual power consumption. This is typically a hidden BIOS setting. You either need a way to access the advanced BIOS settings or you need to modify the UEFI IMON Slope BIOS variables. I have never done this before so do some Google searching for IMON Slope to learn more.
